Integrated Mental Health Screening
Every person who begins care at Alliance Wellness Clinic receives mental health screening as part of the intake process and throughout treatment.
Our team:
- Screens for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health needs
- Identifies symptoms that may affect stability, motivation, or recovery
- Tracks changes over time to ensure the right level of support
This allows us to understand your full picture and tailor care to what you need.
Therapy Through Our Elite Recovery Team
When ongoing therapy or additional support is appropriate, we coordinate services through Elite Recovery, recognized across Minnesota for exceptional outpatient mental health and co-occurring care.
Because Elite Recovery is part of our system, you benefit from:
- Quick access to skilled therapists (LPCCs, LICSWs, LMFTs and Clinical Trainees)
- Individual therapy and specialized mental health services
- Clinicians who understand both mental health and opioid use disorder
- Seamless communication between your therapist and your Nordic provider (with your consent)

How Our Process Works
- Screening at Alliance Wellness Clinic: Mental health assessments are completed during intake and revisited throughout your care.
- Personalized Care Recommendations: If therapy or added support is helpful, your Nordic provider will walk you through next steps.
- Connection to Elite Recovery: We schedule your therapy directly within our outpatient mental health team so you’re supported right away.
- Coordinated Treatment: Your Nordic provider and Elite therapist work together to ensure your medication plan and therapy stay connected and mutually supportive.
