Group Counseling

Group counseling connects you with others in recovery to learn, practice skills, and receive support in a guided, confidential setting. Led by licensed clinicians, Alliance Wellness Clinic provides 9 hours each week of structured, supportive, and confidential programming that compliments medications plan provides a space to learn, practice skills, and receive support in a guided, confidential setting.

  • Foundations of Recovery: cravings, triggers, routines, relapse prevention
  • Skills Groups: CBT/DBT-informed coping, emotion regulation, distress tolerance
  • Health & Wellness: sleep, pain, nutrition, movement, medication adherence
  • Co-Occurring Focus: anxiety, depression, trauma-informed education and skills
  • Family & Relationships: communication, boundaries, rebuilding trust
  • Recovery Maintenance: values, purpose, work/school reintegration, legal/transportation planning
