I appreciate Apex so much. We do any work with HVAC or plumbing through them. I know they’ll do a thorough and careful job and be very kind and explain everything. We have the Comfort Club membership with them, which we see as a great value. Honestly, we don’t compare prices with other companies anymore because it’s worth it for us to work with people we trust. Angel and Duane just helped with a faucet install and toilet install and were so kind and thorough. We regularly have folks from Apex check our heating and AC system for maintenance. We’ve worked with a lot of different people associated with Apex over the years and I’m always so surprised by how kind, knowledgeable, and thorough everyone is.

Had Jamal service my HVAC unit. Very professional, very personable and able to relate the issues in a "non technical speak" manner so that a non-HVAC technician can understand. Gave great options and was quick and thorough in his work.

Duane truly goes above and beyond his duties. He helped with my HVAC installation and is now assisting with the plumbing inspection as well. He even fixed a slow draining issue in my home at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he gave honest and helpful suggestions about what my house actually needs. It’s hard to find someone this skilled, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Highly recommend Duane for any HVAC or plumbing-related work!

Carter did an excellent job! Knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. He went above and beyond.And when they found a safety issue, Bryan followed up immediately. Highly recommend. We have been a Comfort Club member for 5 years and everybody has been professional.

Great team! Went above and beyond. Even fixed an issue that was caused by the roofers when they replaced vent pipe cap. Bought and installed the very next day. Great folks, great service. Will continue to use Apex for my hvac and plumbing needs.
